Garden Fiesta Salad

Servings 8 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 ounces thin spaghetti cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 lb green beans cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced, halved
  • 1/2 radishes sliced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley

Instructions
 

  • Mix first 6 ingredients until smooth, add remaining ingredients toss to coat well.
  • Cover and chill 4 hours before serving.
