Hamburger and Vegetable Hot Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 layer raw sliced potatoes
  • 1 layer raw sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 lb hamburger, browned
  • 1 layer sliced onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 tbsp salt and pepper on each layer

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9x13 pan.
  • Put each layer in pan, salt and pepper.
  • Mix together soups and water, pour over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 11/2-2 hours.
