Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix eggs, carrots, and oil together in separate bowl.
Combine all ingredients and mix together.
Pour into a 9x13 cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Frosting
Soften butter and cream cheese.
Sift powdered into bowl.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread evenly on cake.
