Carrot Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 cup Grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp Baking Soda

Frosting

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 16 oz Powered sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Mix eggs, carrots, and oil together in separate bowl.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix together.
  • Pour into a 9x13 cake pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.

Frosting

  • Soften butter and cream cheese.
  • Sift powdered into bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Spread evenly on cake.
