Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Steel cut oats
- 3 3/4 Cup Water
- 2 Bananas Mashed
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts Chopped (optional)
- Melt butter in skillet. Add oats, and toast for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to crock pot and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low 4-6 hours until water is absorbed.
- Let sit 10 minutes and stir.
- (Optional add walnuts or fruit)
