Hamburger and Vegetable Hot Dish

Ingredients
- 1 layer raw sliced potatoes
- 1 layer raw sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 lb hamburger, browned
- 1 layer sliced onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper on each layer
Instructions
- Grease 9x13 pan.
- Put each layer in pan, salt and pepper.
- Mix together soups and water, pour over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11/2-2 hours.
