Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • cornflakes

Instructions
 

  • Defrost potatoes and combine all ingredients, except the cornflakes.
  • Place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
