- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Defrost potatoes and combine all ingredients, except the cornflakes.
- Place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
