Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 3 cup Grated carrots
- 2 tbsp Baking Soda
Frosting
- 1 stick Butter
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 16 oz Powered sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Chopped nuts Optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix eggs, carrots, and oil together in separate bowl.
- Combine all ingredients and mix together.
- Pour into a 9x13 cake pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
Frosting
- Soften butter and cream cheese.
- Sift powdered into bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread evenly on cake.
