White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper (optional)
- 1 cup flour
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cut up
- 1-2 cans Northern beans
- 1 can white corn
- 2 qts chicken broth
- 1 can green chilies
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/3 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 8 ounce sour cream
- 1-2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Sauté garlic, onion and green pepper, if desired, in butter till cooked.
- Add flour. Put in crock pot.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Turn off and add the sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese. Stir and serve. Enjoy!
